Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
How returns work
- Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may only be returned if the seal or packaging is unopened (unless faulty).
- The customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service.
- We refund to the original payment method once the item is received and checked.
Faulty or incorrect items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
How to return
- Send us a message using our contact form with your order number and the items you wish to return.

- We will refund you after the return is received and checked.
